Anti-Phishing Utility
I was looking at the Anti-Phishing Working Group's list of subject lines from phishing scams, and realized that there's a utility to be written here. If the WG published this as a syndicated feed, you could write an email filter to download the feed periodically, and scan the subject lines of incoming emails, then flag them with either a phishing score or simply flag them as spam. As it is, SpamBayes is pretty effective at flagging phising attacks, but it could be nice to filter them separately. Of course, this presumes that the WG is effective at policing the anti-phishing submissions; I'm sure phishers have already attempted to poision the WG's data.
